  • Was just what I was looking for to replace a copy that had been damaged by water.

  • I had this book when I was 10 and lost it and thought I would never find it again. I love this book and plan to pass it on to my children and my son loves reading it over and over again.

  • Nice

  • This was one of my childhood favorites - checked it out of the library regularly. Now I have it in my library and share it with my sons. I met the author once when I was a little boy and wrote him a letter asking him to draw me a Northern Pike. He did and 32 years later I still have the letter.

  • This is a great fishing book for kids and thier parents. Every page offers realistic drawings with descriptions. The book covers the kinds of fish in freshwater, how to catch & clean them, and even shows how to make your own lures. Is a great introduction book for the young fisher or the novice because it covers information on how to use rod & reel, fly fishing poles, and lures. This is a book written for ages 8 & up, but my 3 & 5 year olds have enjoyed & learned much just from the pictures.
